Landscaping Benefits

Good landscape design starts during our consultation process and on-site visit with the client.
We listen to the client's goals and explore options before producing a design quotation.
Our consultation and on-site fee is $220 and will be deducted from the design quotation when the client engages KOKATU DESIGN.

Once our client approves the overall design concept we can provide a full Landscape Design Package, which typically includes:

• Full colour A1-size plans (see above), including 3 Dimensional graphics if required.
• Set-out and Planting plans
• Finishes Schedule

KOKATU DESIGN also offers a service for clients to evaluate the quality and cost of their landscaping installation.
We can organize the tendering process with reliable landscape installers or subcontractors.

KOKATU DESIGN can also Project Manage or supervise the installation progress to achieve quality control.
